Why should I hire a nanny instead of sending my children to daycare?

A nanny will come to your home during the hours  that  you need her,  with a minimum of 3 hours at any time.

She can live in with your family for fulltime long hours.

A nanny  is more flexible than daycare.

You don't have to wake your children up early to take them out to daycare.

You don't have to race home from work before the daycare closes.

Your children can stay in their own home, in their own neighbourhood, and play with their friends, and nap in their own beds.

The nanny will help with meal preparation, and do light housekeeping and laundry, so when you come home from work, you can spend your time with your children.

For two children, the cost of a nanny is comparable to daycare. For three children, it is cheaper than daycare. For one child, it is likely more expensive than daycare; but it is  always more convenient than daycare.
