Screening Process Because People Make the Difference
Cardinal Nannies & Caregivers Inc. has very stringent standards in recruiting caregivers. Owner, Moyra Stephen, conducts personal interviews with local applicants for part-time and full-time live-out positions, long-term, and summer live-in positions. She travels regularly to Quebec to interview caregivers for positions for which both French and English are preferred.
Each applicant must supply a criminal record check, a medical certificate of health, and take our CPR course. Only after we interview caregiver applicants, thoroughly check their references and are satisfied that they are the right fit do we arrange for them to meet you and your family in your home.
Our success rate is high, and as a result, a high percentage of our clients come to us through referrals. |
