Cardinal Nannies & Caregivers Inc. provides honest, reliable and professional caregivers who are responsible, caring people.

We recruit caregivers who choose to work one-on-one with clients rather than in group situations. Caregivers who want to make a long-term commitment and help people, whatever their needs, enjoy their lives to the fullest.

Some of our nannies have their ECE or ECA, and many caregivers have their PSW, HCA or RPN. We recruit from local communities for our live-out positions, and across Canada for our live-in positions.  We place many nannies from Quebec in live-in positions in Ontario. This has been a very successful cultural exchange as the French speaking nannies tutor the children in French while improving their English skills. We also assist many families in finding live-in caregivers from overseas who are already in Canada on a valid work permit.
