Cardinal Nannies and Companions Inc. provides honest, reliable and professional caregivers who are responsible, caring people.

We recruit caregivers who CHOOSE to work one-on-one with clients rather than in group situations, in order to make a significant impact in other people's lives through a long-term commitment.

Some of our nannies have their ECE or NNEB, and many caregivers have their PSW or HCA or RPN. We recruit locally for liveout positions, but mainly in Quebec and across Canada for livein requests. We do not actively recruit overseas, as we choose to meet our applicants and screen them before placing them with the families we have met.

Our office staff members have years of experience in answering clients' questions and providing suggestions for solutions to challenging situations.
