Fees

CONTRACT SYSTEM
There is an annual registration fee. We have a flat hourly rate or daily rate, and Cardinal pays the caregiver, does the necessary remittances, and bills the client bi-weekly.

Contract Method Fee Structure:

Annual Registration Fee: $50.00
Flat Hourly Rate: $18.00 hourly
24 hour short-term live-in care for the elderly: from $175.00 and up daily

• Invoiced bi-weekly
• Agency pays caregiver, including benefits and deductions
• 3 hour minimum at one time

PLACEMENT SYSTEM
There is a finder’s fee, with a three month guarantee. Client pays the caregiver and does remittances to the government. Cardinal will assist with forms and paperwork. Contact us for a complete easy-to-understand information package.

Placement Method Fee Structure

Annual Registration Fee: $50.00 for back up service (optional)
Finder’s Fee: $750.00 (guaranteed for three months)
Minimum Hourly Rate: from $10.25 hourly, (subject to government minimum wage increases.)

*January 1, 2012, Minimum wage for Temporary Foreign Live-in Caregivers goes up to $10.56

Partial Placement Fees: may be negotiated for short- term or part- time placements

• Client pays caregiver, benefits and deductions

• Cardinal supplies information to register with the government and set up for payroll
