Back-up Service

(Guaranteed in Durham region; subject to availability of staff and reasonable notice)

Sometimes you need a caregiver for a day here or there for unexpected reasons (e.g. a child is sick on a day you cannot take off work), or perhaps your regular caregiver is ill, on holidays or unavailable.

For an annual registration fee, the client can access our 24-hour emergency on-call service.  One of our regular experienced caregivers will be there to help you, and relieve your stress.  Call our office number for the after-hours pager: 1-800-219-8059.
