The Contract System is most commonly used for on call or occasional hours, or for part time or short term situations, but can be utilised for regular ongoing fulltime service too. It is more convenient as you pay the Agency to take care of the wages and remittances, and all paperwork involved. You will still receive a recipt for tax purposes. A weekly or monthly cost can be determined based on individual circumstances. Call us to discuss it!

You will pay a registration fee of $50.00 and sign a contract that entitles you to use the service when required and have access to the back-up service. There is a flat hourly rate that you will be billed bi-weekly. The agency pays the nanny or companion and takes care of all deductions and benefits, holiday pay and worker's compensation. A deposit based on two weeks of estimated hours is required in advance of service.
(Minimum deposit is $50.00).

Contract Method Fee Structure:

Annual Registration Fee: $50.00
Flat Hourly Rate: $16.00
24-Hour short-term live-in care for the elderly: $195.00 / day

Please note that rates are subject to change with two weeks notice and may differ due to individual situations.
