There are two ways to obtain a nanny or companion:

This system applies if you need a nanny or companion full-time or part-time on a live-in or live-out basis for long term care. Nannies and companions are available from overseas as well as locally.

For a single placement fee, the agency will provide nannies and companions for you to interview and choose. The nanny or companion will become your employee, and you will be responsible for wages, benefits and deductions, holiday pay and Worker's Compensation. A placement package is provided with the information regarding wages and benefits, plus the proper forms to be used.

Cardinal Nannies and Companions Inc. provides a six months guarantee. Beyond the six months guarantee, if there is a new nanny required, there will be a new agreed upon fee charged.
If it does not work out well within the guarantee period, we will do everything we can to replace the nanny, or a partial refund may apply, depending on individual circumstances.

A one year registration to the contract system's back-up service is available to placement clients. A partial placement fee is required prior to commencing interviews, with the balance due upon final selection of the nanny or companion.

A partial placement fee may be discussed for shorter or part time placements.

Finder's Fee: $750.00 (guaranteed for six months)
Minimum Hourly Rate: $9.00 / hr. + 10% for benefits
