Its very difficult to sum up an amazing organization in just a few short words. Cardinal Nannies has been an amazing experience for me. As a nanny, I am privileged to be a part of a family that knows Cardinal Nannies has the highest standards and expectations of all their employees. I can honestly say that for the first time in my life, when the alarm wakes me up, I am thrilled to start another day, which is truly a blessing. All of this would not be possible without Cardinal Nannies and Companions. I feel like part of a team that has all the same ideals and values as a family. I work for a family that has two little boys, ages 2 and 4, and what I have gained from spending time with them is more then I could ever give. I believe children have more to teach us then we believe they have to learn, and the world through a child’s eyes is that of wonder and awe. We found Cardinal Nannies very helpful. Moyra is very insightful, and matched us up with a nanny who blended into our family perfectly. We did investigate other agencies, some who didn't charge a fee to the family; however, Cardinal was recommended by a friend, and we felt better about paying a fee, rather than using an agency who charges the nannies a fee. We also appreciated that we could interview the nanny candidates in person. Moyra is very respectful of the nannies, the families and the process. Her approach is caring and refreshing.

There are no words to describe what a blessing you all are who came to our family's aid; prompt, kind, compassionate, willing, professional, eager, wonderful women who not only listen to the needs of the clients, but also to the needs of the family. You should stand tall and proud. Being a Nurse, I have struggled through the system and several different agencies, but you are exceptional and truly unique. Your workmanship, time management, flexibility, and belief in the human spirit exceeds all.

Be proud of the work you do, and know, without you, many families would be lost and clients would suffer. Keep up the great job! You gave my Mother back dignity, pride and the worthiness she so richly deserved.

Thanks for following up with us after our nanny started. She has been EXCELLENT and so far we are very happy. She has really made our lives easier and has a GREAT attitude. Our son adores her too, which is the most important thing. Also, each day I've come home, the house gets cleaner, and trust me, it was a disaster to start with!

I feel  like we were very, very lucky that she was available and we managed to hook up. Sometimes the universe works in amazing ways. :) I hope she stays with us, as I don't want her going anywhere anytime soon. Thanks again, Shelley
